I think you&#039;ve provided a very good summary of the differences between a project and program. One big difference is that program managers are focussed on outcomes and delivering business benefit, whereas project managers are focussed on producing deliverables within time, quality, and budget constraints.

I&#039;ve been working as a program manager for a number of years, and have started to share what I know via my blog. I&#039;m still covering the basics of program management at the moment, but hope you find it of some use.
